Information we process

Depending on the features a merchant authorizes, we may process account identifiers, campaign and advertising performance, product and catalog information, order and attributed revenue information, creative performance, and merchant-provided cost data. We also process information that users submit when contacting us.

Purpose and legal basis

We use information to provide reporting, calculate performance and profitability, generate recommendations, operate approved workflows, maintain security, provide support and meet legal obligations. We process platform data only after the relevant merchant grants authorization.

Data sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We may use infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, and we may disclose information where required by law. Platform data is handled according to the applicable platform terms and permissions.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual obligations, security and legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Your choices

Merchants may revoke platform authorization through the relevant platform controls. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent to the contact below, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
